Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the mediating role that citizenship behaviour and procedural justice play in the relationship between high performance human resource practicesand corporate entrepreneurship. Additionally, the paper will attemptto clarify the relationship between these two concepts. The sample for this study consisted of 93 different kinds of small and medium-sized businesses from the province of Guilan. It is suggested in this passage that earlier research have placed an emphasis on the positive influence that best practises in human resource management can have. This paper shows, in contrast to previous research, that high performance human resources practises is positively related to corporate entrepreneurship, and that this relationship is mediated by the organisational behaviour and procedure justice. Additionally, the paper demonstrates that this relationship is positively associated with high levels of employee satisfaction. The fact that training and reward do not have a positive relationship to corporate entrepreneurship is one of the limitations of the findings. However, when accounting for the mediating role that organizationalcitizenship behaviour and procedure justice play, the relationship was found to be significant. Keywords:High performance human resource, corporateentrepreneurship, procedurejustice, organizationscitizenshipbehavior,SMEs.
